And it is a missions trip, not a vacation... Now, if I could only remember what he said and figure out how to implement it and overcome my own insecurities.</span><p><span style=";font-size:100%;color:green;" >Anyways, Jess and Scott (campus pastors with Chi Alpha), have both been going to <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/lafalda/tags/poland/">Poland</a> and <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/lafalda/tags/slovakia/"><br />Slovakia</a> for a couple of years now ministering to the locals and the <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/lafalda/sets/72157594250974733/">gypsies</a>, and Jess has felt the call of the Lord to go and spend a year there. Hearing some of her stories about the gypsy children has almost brought me to tears at times.<br /></span></p><p><span style=";font-size:100%;color:green;" >It was their stories, along with hearing about the needs and opportunities there from them and others (especially Scott's g/f Anna from Poland and Hallie from Bozeman, along with different people central/eastern europe that spoke at Salt over the past few years) that God has moved on me, and put it on my heart to go. <br /></span></p><p><span style=";font-size:100%;color:green;" >Now, I need your support (financial) and your prayers. God bless you.</span> <o:p></o:p></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; color: brown;">Things have gotten off to somewhat of a slow start, but so far with the blessings of God and a few close friends, I have been able to get $650 raised of the $2400 needed to go on <b>The Big Sky Expedition/ Missions Trip to Poland and Slovakia</b>. Thank You.</span><o:p></o:p></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; color: brown;">Now for an important need and a request. I need to have a total of $1100 raised by March 23 to secure the plane tickets to and from <st1:country-region st="on">Poland</st1:country-region> and <st1:country-region st="on"><st1:place st="on">Slovakia</st1:place></st1:country-region>. Even the smallest donations -mere pennies and small dollars- count as blessing and add up, and I welcome them just as well as your prayers. </span><o:p></o:p></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; color: brown;">I will be posting updates on this website during the course of my fundraising activities, as well as during and after the missions trip with <i>Chi Alpha</i> in <st1:place st="on">Europe</st1:place>.
